becoming an Appointed Retailer?
We welcome applications to become one of our Appointed
Retailers and take orders for our products in your retail
shop or store by acting as agents.
Our
network of established Appointed Retailers enjoy a generous
commission rate and the knowledge and satisfaction that
they are representing one of the most respected
and authoritative Heraldic sources in the world, selling
a range of products that are truly unsurpassed for quality
and value.
Applications are subject to the following:
1. Applicants should have Retail Shop Premises and have
essential wall space to display:
a) 1 x A4 size Framed Parchment Print Sample Coat of Arms
b) 1 x 8 x 6" Framed Parchment Print Sample Coat
of Arms
and preferably if space is also available, also:
c) 1 x 10 x 8" Framed Cross Stitch Sample Coat of
Arms
d) 1 x A4 size Framed Parchment Print Sample Double (marriage)
Coat of Arms.
Finally, counter or other space to keep the Family Coat
of Arms Sales Leaflets & Order Form.
2. Only one Retail Agent is allowed in each 'Post or Zip
Code area' to give an exclusive sales territory.
3. Retail Agents should not sell or represent any conflicting
or similar heraldic product line.
4. There is no stock to carry. All orders are usually
taken from the display items and paid for in the Shop
and then sent to The Society who will dispatched the order
direct to the Customers address, always within
two weeks from receipt of the order UK and within three
weeks to USA - guaranteed.
4. It is essential that our Appointed Retailers offer
a friendly courteous and highly professional customer
service, reflecting the reputation of The Society; and
train any sales staff to complete and process the Order
Form correctly.
